The Homeless Services Program oversees the provision of homeless services to individuals and families in the District of Columbia, including:

 

• American Job Center

• DBH Homeless Services

• DBH Mobile Crisis

• DC Food Finder

• DC Housing Search

• DCPS Homeless Children and Youth Services

• Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

• Emergency Shelter Access

• Free Non- Driver Identification Information

• Obtaining a Driver’s License

• Project Empowerment

• Substance Abuse Assessment

 

District residents can request shelter by calling the Shelter Hotline 202.399.7093 after business hours or 24 hours a day during hypothermia season (November 1 – March 31).
